1) Can I return my order?
Yes. Munchkin.com offers Hassle-Free Returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please return your order for a full refund, store credit, or exchange of the item cost within 60 days (TBC) of the purchase date.
2) What are the shipping cutoff times?
Munchkin will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. The shipping cutoff times are as follows: Orders placed before 3:00pm PST: Shipped Same Day (TBC) Orders placed after 3:00pm PST: Shipped Next Business Day (TBC) Weekend and Holiday Orders: Shipped Next Business Day (TBC)
