1) How do you take the grate out of the bowl?
First, the knob on the top of the handle must be fully tightened. Once you cannot tighten the knob any more place your hand on the handle and press down while turning it counter clock wise. This will then loosen and remove the grate from the bowl.
2) I boiled my Powdered Formula Dispenser and the lid will no longer fit and the bottom has melted.
The formula dispensers are not meant to be boiled, microwaved or steam sterilized because they can melt or warp.
3) My child is having trouble getting liquid out of the sippy cup. What should I do?
You may need to activate the valve. You can either squeeze the round part or rub the valve between your hands.
